Trying these for acoustic treatment

Sturdy cardboard sample box with no unnecessary packing, paper info/advertising sheets or plastic so fully recyclable. Very good approach.

Excellent product, will be ordering enough to retro fit under existing barn ceiling to increase insulation. Is firm enough to hold shape while re boarding. Good use of recycled materials.

These slabs are nice and firm and fit well between the supporting framework. I’m using these for internal wall space insulation, where I am more concerned about sound insulation.

I was building an internal partition, this product was perfect in terms of handling and fit. Used a small multi toothed hand saw to cut- pretty easy. 2*50mm fitted inside 95mm stud work with no problem.

I kind of bought the wrong product (my fault), loft roll as opposed to the board type version, so it was difficult for me to get in place (rafters above my head). But I really like the credentials of it and will use again when I rebuild a stud wall and need to Insulate. Great to have an alternative to the old types of insulation.

Easy to order and quick delivery. The product is easy to cut to size; I actually used an old bread knife, kept nice and sharp during installation and it worked a treat. And I used a thick felt pen to mark cut lines, which worked vey well. A little tricky to cut apertures for electrical sockets, but mostly a question of getting used to the product. Panels cut for the roof stayed in place without having to restrain them with straps, which is a bonus. I shall be Sisalwool again for my next project.

Much better to use than glass wool but wish they did thicker size but once laid is really good insulation for loft space and don't end up with rash whilst laying out
